In 2011, Robert Zappia and I set out to bring his Feature Film Script Expiration Date to life as a Graphic Novel. The road hasn’t always been easy, but it has been a very rewarding experience for me as an Artist. Because of Robert’s support and countless others, this story continues to be told! We are nearing the completion and release of the 3rd issue of this 5 part series.
Yesterday, I completed all the line-work for issue 3! It’s an exciting milestone, because it means the hardest part of the comic is complete. Now, I go on to doing the colors and lettering to put the finishing touches on it, then it is off to print! It is scheduled to go to print the beginning of October, and then it will premiere at Stan Lee’s Comikaze Oct. 31st – Nov. 2nd 2014.
For those who have read the first 2 installments, you will be excited to see where the road has led our main Character, Cutter, after the conclusion of issue 2. For those who have not yet read it, it’s time to get your copies here!
